By purchasing or using Route Guide, you agree to these terms.
License
A paid purchase grants one individual a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the hosted Route Guide app. Access codes may be used on that person's devices but may not be published, resold, or shared with unrelated users.
Safe use
Route Guide is a route aid, not a substitute for attention, professional judgment, traffic laws, official instructions, or safe driving. Do not enter data, read notes, or operate the app while a vehicle is moving. Stop safely before interacting with the app.
Accuracy
Addresses, coordinates, map locations, distances, route order, and third-party directions may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Users must verify stops and conditions. Route Guide does not guarantee successful geocoding, navigation accuracy, delivery completion, or uninterrupted availability.
Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the route files, addresses, notes, recordings, and other information you enter. You must have authority to use that information and must comply with employer policies, privacy requirements, and applicable laws. Do not record confidential, sensitive, or unlawful content.
Payments, access, and updates
Prices and included access are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Because access is delivered immediately, purchases are final except for the limited circumstances stated in the Refund Policy or where required by law. The hosted app may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued as needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product improvement. Access may be revoked for fraud, chargebacks, code resale, abuse, or material violation of these terms.
Third-party services
Route Guide uses services provided by Cloudflare, Stripe, the U.S. Census Bureau, OpenStreetMap, Google Maps, and other providers. Their services and content are governed by their own terms. Route Guide is not affiliated with or endorsed by USPS, UPS, FedEx, Google, OpenStreetMap, or the U.S. Census Bureau.
Disclaimer and limitation
Route Guide is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Route Guide and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service, missed stops, navigation errors, lost device data, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
